| Prem Nath follows the traditional martial art forms of his ancestors, Kalari Payatu. Kalari Payattu is considered to be the mother of all martial arts and has its own medical system escpecially related to sports medicine. He started learning Ayurveda, Siddhavaidyam, kayakalpa treatments and kalarippayattu since his childhood and has ever since been practicing these arts for the benefit of the society. |
